Which sites these cover

These terms cover your account and every site in the UK SRS cluster: uksrs.org.uk, sustainabilityreportingstandards.co.uk, srsreport.co.uk, srsreport.com, uksrsreport.co.uk, uksrs.finance, secr.quest, srs.credit, srs.green and carbon.legal. One account, one set of terms, one privacy policy — the footer on all ten says so, and this is the page it means.

The account exists only here. The other nine have no sign-in of their own; their terms pages cover what is on that site and point at this one for anything to do with an account.

Reading the site costs nothing and needs nothing

Every page here is open without an account, and it stays that way. You may read it, quote it and link to it. We keep the copyright in what we wrote.

The workspace is a beta, and it is free while it is

No card, no plan, no trial clock. We have not settled on pricing; when we do, nothing starts charging without you choosing it, and beta members hear first. A beta also means features move and occasionally break. Your record does not — and you can delete everything we hold about you at any time, from Settings, without asking us.

Answers carry citations, and you should check them

The assistant answers from a corpus of UK regulations that we maintain by hand, and every figure it gives you carries the paragraph reference behind it. It states a position provisionally, with what would change it. It is not legal, accounting or professional advice, it is not a substitute for your adviser or your auditor, and it must not be the basis of a reporting decision. Confirm anything that matters before you act on it.

We work hard on the corpus and we do not claim it is perfect. If something here is wrong, tell us and we will correct it and record the correction.

What you put in

Your figures are yours. You are responsible for their accuracy, and for having the right to give us anything you upload — a tender document, for instance. Do not upload anything you are not allowed to share with us. We store the text of an uploaded tender and never the file itself.

What we do not promise

We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted, and during a beta it sometimes will not be. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for a decision you take on the strength of something this product told you — which is why it tells you to check, every time. Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending it

You can delete your account whenever you like, from Settings. We can close an account that is being used to attack the service or to break the law. If we ever stop offering the workspace, we will say so in time for you to export what you hold.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. What we hold about you and what we do with it is in the privacy policy.
