LEED software starts with USGBC’s own platforms, LEED Online and Arc, where projects are documented and reviewed.
Other tools add energy modelling, evidence gathering and credit tracking around them.

What are LEED Online and Arc?
USGBC describes LEED Online and Arc as its digital project-management and performance tools for LEED projects (USGBC).
Its support materials say LEED v5 registration, documentation and review are managed in Arc (USGBC).
Any third-party tool should therefore export cleanly into Arc rather than replace it.

Which LEED levels should the software track?
Projects are reviewed by GBCI and certified at four levels (USGBC).

UK use
When do UK projects need LEED software?
LEED appears in UK legislation in one place found, a 2025 special development order for a Bedford resort (SI 2025/1322).
Most UK LEED projects are driven by an international owner or occupier policy, often alongside BREEAM.
